TRUCKFEST™ Event SCHEDULE

Event Registration includes admission for one Truck/SUV and two (2) adults for Friday and Saturday.
All registrations are $80 until October 5, 2025. Registrations after that will be done at the track and are $90 (both days) or $60 (Saturday Only) for your vehicle & two adults. Spectator admission is $25 per day for ages 10-up, 9 and under free. Event is rain or shine, no refunds, no pets.

• TruckFest™ is an all Truck event ONLY. NO or Carolina “SQUATTED” TRUCKS or “Bro-Dozers”. 
• Handicap scooters are allowed. For handicap scooter rental reservations please contact Scooter Time 423-569-1933 or online reservations here: https://www.scootertimerentalsinc.com/reservations and mention TruckFest. We STRONGLY SUGGEST you reserve your scooter. NO golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, skateboards or bikes.
No Dogs. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY.
NO golf carts, scooters, ATVs, bikes, etc. are allowed. ONLY HANDICAPPED SCOOTERS ARE ALLOWED. You can bring your own handicapped scooter, or they are available for rent at the track for rent, reservations are recommended.
• Secure Trailer Parking is available free of charge.
• EZ Up tents are allowed, you are liable for any damage.
• Show parking is first come, first serve. Trucks are allowed to be dropped off Thursday at the track, and can be left at the track overnight on Thursday and Friday.
• Show vehicles are allowed small soft coolers, no alcohol or glass.
• Drones are not allowed.
• No show trucks are to be driven on the vendor midway during the show, all deliveries or purchase pick ups must be done after show hours. We have staff golf carts for parts runs throughout the show.
• Kids 9 and under are free. Daily spectator passes are $25/day.
• Tow vehicles must have registration hanger in window at all times and cannot park in the show. Tow vehicles and trailers cannot be driven into the show, this includes vendors.
Show Vehicles – Trailers can be unloaded starting Thursday. Show vehicles can then be driven back to the hotel, left in your trailer, or parked in show parking and left overnight at the venue. Most attendees drive their show vehicle in and out each day, back and forth to their hotel. If you leave your show vehicle overnight at the venue, you will have to park your tow vehicle in spectator parking on days of the show. The facility is locked down overnight with security, and no-one is allowed in or out. Our staff is the last to leave and first to arrive (see schedule for those times). Overnight camping inside the venue is not permitted. You are allowed to come and go throughout the day with your show vehicle during the event.
